Good location to visit Cuenca with nice restaurants nearby
Liked: The hotel is very well located and easy to reach by car. Staff very kind and spacious rooms.
Disliked: The facilities in general are a bit old, bathroom would need some renovation.
Liked: Good size room and secure garage for motorcycle parking

Liked: Good location. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was nearby. Staff was very helpful.

Liked: Onsite cafe nice. Helpful reception. Close to a lovely park.
Disliked: Hotel parking was full. Public underground parking nearby but so expensive. Probably a good idea to understand local street parking apps.
Disappointing overall
Liked: The Royal Suite with terrace was a nice room with two full bedrooms and bathrooms.
Disliked: There was no parking and the staff wasn’t helpful in this regard. The breakfast was extremely limited and disappointing for the price. There were only regular and chocolate croissants and they constantly ran out of those.
A decent option
Liked: The hotel is comfortable with a traditional, old-fashioned feel. We really enjoyed the location, especially finding a great bar with a fantastic authentic Spanish atmosphere just around the corner.
Disliked: Despite the promise of free parking, the lot was full upon arrival. The receptionist wasn't very accommodating about finding an alternative and seemed quite dismissive and tired
