Enjoyable pleasant stay in León
Liked: Great location right beside the Cathedral. Very comfortable and clean. A lift in the building. All appliances new.
Disliked: There was no kettle or teapot - just coffee maker and I don’t drink coffee. The user manuals for the appliances were present but all in Spanish and we were unable to activate the hob and had to boil water in the microwave oven.
Liked: Heat, washing machine, bed comfortable.
Disliked: Very difficult to gain entry. Their door access codes did not work. There were zero spices, oils, salts, or other staples normally provided with kitchenettes in these cases. Made it difficult to really do much cooking.
They DONT clean the bedsheets. I found a finger/toe nail in the bed that was not mine. Disgusting

Good experience in a good centeal location next to cathedral
Liked: Location, facilities, ease of check in, value for money, washing machine.
Disliked: Would have been better if there was something provided to hang laundry on, and an iron. Unfortunately, my apartment smelled of cigarettes but this was outside the control of the owner. They offered a swap or a transfer to their sister hotel which is good customer service. So all in all a good experience.

Liked: The location was exceptional and so was the staff. They even provided eclipse glasses for viewing the eclipse!
Disliked: There was nothing we did not like.
Liked: I think the air-conditioning unit contains an actual glacier inside, it kept the room COLD in the hottest weather.
