Ok rooms, staff and management issues
Liked: Clean
Disliked: Rooms are bit noisy. But mostly, not enough staff at reception. They mismanaged my belongings. I left a jacket in the wardrobe and immediately called to ask for them to keep it for me. They confirmed it would be at reception, when I went back for it they couldn’t find it. I was then told that it had been a mistake by the person i had spoken too, she clearly didn’t communicate to the cleaning team and either another guest took it afterwards, or someone from the apartments’ team “lost” it.
Liked: Nice amenities (gym, jacuzzi and sauna)
Disliked: The staff was a little disappointing. 1. After we paid in person to the reception for a parking spot, we received an sms showing that we still needed to pay 2. The day we arrived, we were told that we could leave the car until 15:00 after the checkout. The day we were leaving another receptionist told us that we needed to free the parking spot at the checkout (12:00)
