  Small apartment with good facilities

  Liked: It has a good kitchenette that was well equipped. It is reasonably close to the main part of the city. It had a washing machine available. The shower worked well. There are several supermarkets and bars nearby.

  Disliked: The living and dining area of the apartment is tiny and quite cramped. The washing machine is a shared machine on another floor. It is not such a nice neighbourhood.

  Dissapointing

  Liked: Excellent location, up to date small flat.

  Disliked: We did not receive the access codes until 18.44 despite chasing owner and were left standing on the pavement for over 30 minutes with increasing stress and frustration. Originally he had told us he would contact us the day before. On the day he said he would give us the information once the apartment was ready at 4.00. He then swapped to using WhatsApp without telling us until 18.16 having ignored all our urgent messages on Booking. Com. There was also no way of contacting him as neither of the phone numbers given were answered. Then we could not access the Wi-Fi. He did not engage with the problem except to say it worked for everyone else. It is difficult to believe when both our phones have worked perfectly in six other properties in Spain so far and have not been blocked in the same way. There was no soundproofing and you could hear everything going on in the flat next door.
