Liked: Personal amable. El de limpieza extraordinariamente amable.
Disliked: Responder en este cuestionario a preguntas enunciadas en inglés, estando en España y sin haberme preguntado. Llegamos y hay un evento, el cóctel de una boda. Suena muy estridente, el bombo y trompeta de una banda de música que parece los carnavales de Tenerife. No hay servicio de cafetería ni restaurante por ese evento. Dura hasta pasadas las 4 de la tarde. Habitación fría. No se ve aire acondicionado ni forma de regularlo. En recepción me dicen que es suelo radiante. Mi habitación, a 21⁰, según recepción. Pido que lo pongan a 26⁰. El sistema no les deja. Pido la 2ªmanta. En 2026 no hay edredones? 🙄 No volveré a este hotel.

Was ok for the price we paid. Slept well, not because of the bed but because we were tired
Liked: Location near the cathedral and old town. Bed was ok, reasonably comfortable but certainly not the best we’ve slept in. We were very pleased there was a bar in the hotel where we could get a drink and small snacks and a breakfast on the morning we left of coffee and croissants. Staff in the bar were friendly and helpful. It was great to have private parking underground
Disliked: The restaurant was closed on the day of our reservation. The lamp in our room didn’t work. I mentioned it to remember staff who came in to the room and she said it would have to wait till Monday to be fixed. Our bathroom was set up completely for disabled people. We are not disabled! And having a shower wasn’t easy because of the disabled seat in the shower. The bathroom was definitely in need of some TLC, an update.
