Very good
Disliked: I tried to book this property for my stay through booking.com The payment didn't go through and I have got the message from booking.com that the reservation was cancelled - so I had to book elsewhere and didn't stay at the hotel, but hotel have charged me a full amount and claim that it's me who have cancelled the reservation....so the issue was not resolved and they never send me any email to confirm that the stay is confirmed....
Fantastic location. Great value. Lovely to have access to the spa
Liked: Fantastic location. Great value. Lovely to have access to the spa.
Liked: Well located in the city center.
Disliked: The heating was so loud and old you couldn't sleep. Therefore it had to be turned off over night. As it was winter it got so cold that the thin bedlinen was not warm enough. I had to sleep with my cloth on in the end. Plus you hear the toilet flush and water running from the surrounding rooms when used.
Liked: The location is grest and staff were super helpful! I would definitely repeat.
Overall it was a great stay
Liked: It was modern, clean, comfortable and a good value. I also took advantage of their spa.
Disliked: I had trouble with my key card.
This was my perfect for our 1 night stay on Camino
Liked: Location was fantastic. Breakfast in the cafe was good. There was a garage across the street for our bikes for our Camino.
Disliked: Nothing
