Exceptional
Liked: Perfect location, close to the cathedral, the casa botines, the shops
Disliked: Thankfully, the bedroom was fitted with what must have been triple glazed windows as the noise coming from the bars in the street below would have made it impossible to sleep. But this was not the case in the living room. Also there should definitely be a kettle in the kitchen

Disliked: Air conditioning struggled with 97° days. Construction next door that starts at 8:00.

Awful. Like living on a building site
Liked: IF there was not major building work going on next door (i'd imagine for the next 3 months), then the Penthouse apartment could be amazing. Great view of the Cathedral. However, if you want to use the balcony, which is the exact reason why you would book a penthouse apartment, then don't book this place. Unless you like sharing your morning breakfast with workman from 8am. An utter rip off. We asked for a refund and guess what? No answer. DO NOT STAY AT THE PENTHOUSE APARTMENT unless you want to live on a building site
Disliked: Workmen on scaffolding from 8am? Can't use the balcony No blind on one of the doors so workmen can see in Noise Not being told about building work No communication or suggestion of a refund Ruined our holiday.
Liked: Absolutely perfect apartment. Comfortable bed, marble shower, easy access and perfect location. The staff were fantastic.
