Liked: Everything! The fans were also so nice to have.

Great locations and facilitues - instructions could be clearer
Liked: Comfortable, with everything needed for a stay in Leon.
Disliked: The entry instructions were not clear; - You need to go to the chocolate shop owner next door to get into the foyer - thankfully he was open. - The door to the apartment has a very stiff lock that needs 2 and 1/2 turns. We needed to call the manager to come and let us in and another time a neighbour. There were no instructions for the spa.

Liked: Location was excellent and this apartment was modern, clean and well appointed.
Disliked: The jacuzzi is broken.

Liked: Beautiful, newly refurbished apartment, light and airy with lots of amenities. Fabulous location near Plaza Mayor and the barrio Humido.
Disliked: No WiFi: in this day and age, an essential! Jacuzzi didn’t work
