A good location with a nice balcony but the shower cubicle is quite small

Liked: Nice balcony and it was a good location.

Disliked: A high step up into the shower and the shower cubicle is very small and the doors don’t open very far.

Overall, it was good value for money

Liked: The room was clean, and the location was convenient, close to downtown and a grocery store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also able to check in early at no extra cost, which we really appreciated.

Disliked: The room was small, and air conditioning was not available. Access to the hotel was challenging, and it was difficult to identify the building. Clear signage indicating the hotel's location would have been very helpful. Street parking was extremely difficult to find due to the limited number of spaces. However, having a reserved spot for loading and unloading luggage was very helpful. I understand that the hotel also offers private parking. Breakfast was definitely the weakest aspect of our stay. The selection was limited, and the pastries were particularly disappointing. There was only one option, and the quantity provided was insufficient. I also did not appreciate being served coffee in a paper cup.
