Photos of the room are not what we got

Liked: The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The picture of the Superior Double room was not what we got. The room was small, dark and the metal shutters were closed. Probably because they opened onto a busy street. The room was noisy and there were ear plugs on the nightstand. My husband had been in the hospital in Aix and I booked this room for 5 nights expecting a comfortable room for him. We stayed one night and checked out. The owner refused to refund us for any of the unused stay. I ended up paying for an extra hotel to make my husband comfortable.

Liked: Overall, a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a nice location, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable and perfectly adequate for the purpose of our stay. All in all, a good experience.
