  Short visit to Aix

Liked: Very quiet place and safe neighbourhood, good public transport connection. Tiny room, but very decent bathroom. Comfy bed.

  It was good

Liked: Room was not what I expected, Had to upgrade to a larger room as the initial room was the size of a shoe box. This met a little better expectation. Parking was very secure, and the staff was friendly, Language was a slight barrier but that is because I do not speak french, so that was more on me

Disliked: The initial room was not satisfactory. The "Upgraded room" was much better

  Very good

Liked: The room and the common areas of the hotel were nicely cleaned. The staff is present when and if you need and can be also discrete. I had very nice interactions with everyone. Also the quality/price ratio I think it’s perfect

Disliked: In the room there wasn’t much space for opening a medium size luggage. It’s okay but still a bit cramped

good deal for the location and air-conditioning

Liked: Air-conditioning worked well. We arrived early around 11AM and was able to check in immediately. Price was good considering the location (pretty close to old city center). The room was away from the main road so traffic noise was pretty minimal (I had a room in this hotel last year right by the main road and that was really horrible at times)

Disliked: No refrigerator in the room (I believe the twin room I stayed last year had a fridge). Wifi was a bit slow and unstable at times. If your room is a bit peripheral (like my colleague's Room 106), you may have to situate yourself close to the door to get good wiki.

Despite a few maintenance issues, the outstanding kindness of the staff made this a memorable and pleasant stay

Liked: The morning receptionist was exceptionally kind and caring. She noticed that my young daughter was not feeling well and showed genuine concern, which meant a lot to us. Her kindness made our stay much more comfortable. The hotel also has a good location and a pleasant atmosphere.

Disliked: The shower and the refrigerator in our room were not working properly, which was inconvenient.
