  Disliked: The downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms — there is only air conditioning in the living room, which made it very difficult to sleep comfortably in August due to the heat. Another disadvantage is the lack of an elevator. The apartment is on the third floor, which can be quite inconvenient for families with small children, especially with a stroller, as well as for elderly people. Apart from that, everything was fine.

  Liked: We had a realy nice vacation here. Hospitabilaty was great by the owners part. Apartment is very clean and it is in a great position. Near famus French painter Cezzane’ property and park and within 1km is a fast motorway so you can explore Provance anyway you like.

  Liked: Beautiful apartment, very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent.

  Disliked: We were out for the day and were contacted by the host unnecessarily requesting us to attend to a bucket of water on the balcony. This problem did not relate to us at all.

  Enjoyed our stay would recommend

  Liked: Quiet residential area close to a Boulangerie Carrefor Express. and bus stop. Secure private free parking next to entrance. Balcony and well appointed kitchen. Host very helpful. Just near enough to the centre of Aix and right next to Jas de Bouffon.

  Disliked: Third floor no lift.

  Liked: The interior of the apartment is exactly as advertised and was quite convenient for a family of 5.

  Disliked: Check-in is only from 6pm (earlier checkin was possible for extra charge). We did not realize in advance that the apartment is on the third floor without elevator in an oldish residential block. In terms of value for money, we feel like the other properties we stayed at in the area were better.
