In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that the property has no reception. Please contact the property 72 hours in advance to agree your arrival time and arrange for check-in and key collection.

Early arrivals before 16:00 and late arrivals after 18:30 are possible upon request only. If you arrive outside check-in times, the following fees will apply:

- Check-in before 13:00: EUR 50

- Check-in between 13:00 and 16:00: EUR 25

- Check-in between 18:30 and 22:00: EUR 25

- Check-in after 22:00: EUR 50

If you leave outside check-out times, the following fees will apply:

- Check-out between 11:00 and 13:00: EUR 25

- Check-out after 13:00: EUR 50

Please note that an extra cleaning fee of EUR 200 will be applied if you smoke in the accommodation. Please note that a EUR 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.
