  Nice property just 5-10 minute walk to the centre

  Liked: Large comfortable modern room with kitchenette facilities. Nice size bathroom with space to move. The location was great, once I got my bearings and knew where I was. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

  Disliked: Another strange experience where I was responsible for disposing of the rubbish before I checked out. Cleaning the kitchen, I understand but having to take the rubbish out seems a little odd for a hotel. It was the second property in France where I had to do that. Other than that, all was good.

  It was a pleasant stay for a long weekend

  Liked: It was near to the centre of Aix. Accommodation was nice plenty of room.

  Disliked: I wouldn’t say it is a dislike but the bathroom cabinet was damaged with the moisture in the bathroom as the extractor fan didn’t work

  Liked: The room was good. Location was good.

  Disliked: I couldn't open the lock box and had to ask for help to a shop-owner next door who kindly got in touch with the apartment representative. The apartment smelt terrible! There must be some sewer problem in the building, because the smell was the same when I went into the building and in fact, that part of the block. I'm sure they know this and should certainly charge less. Rates are too high considering the circumstances. I think that's why there's a kind of perfume spray in the bathroom. Showers in Europe are so tiny! You can barely stand in them. Cleaning your legs and feet is mission impossible... People are so demanding with a lot of requirements of payments and other things, but they should deliver for what they charge. After some similar experiences, I came to the conclusion that I do not like this kind of accommodation where there's no one visible to help you if you need help.

  Liked: Really good size room. Communal kitchen but very well equiped with access to coffee and snacks. Very good access to buses to get to around.

  Disliked: The location was a bit of a walk from the old city - about 25 min walk. Good access to buses though. Would have been ok if it was not so hot when we were there.

  Serviceable accommodation in a great location

  Liked: Amazing quiet location. Conveniently located for transport and city centre. Functional room with kitchenette and small balcony.
