  Good value

  Liked: The room was clean with a good view.

  Disliked: Some parts were a bit tired but this was probably reflected in the price. Location, further out of the centre than I expected.

  Wonderful Castel Veccio

  Liked: We really enjoyed everything, starting with the friendly reception staff and the team that kept not only the rooms but also the pool area spotless. The triple room matched the description perfectly; it featured a balcony with a sea view and excellent air conditioning—something crucial when it’s very hot outside. The location is wonderful: shops, restaurants, and—most importantly—beautiful beaches, museums, and the historic center are all within walking distance (though bus stops are nearby, too, if you prefer to ride). It is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful city. We are grateful for your hospitality and care.

  Liked: An older building but very clean and good facilities

  Disliked: WiFi not usable. I did raise the matter with the staff on checking out and I was dismissed. Mine is working fine was the reply and we are on an island. Unfortunately my genuine comment to review the problem was dismissed instantly.
