Guest reviews
Very good
Pleasant and comfortable hotel
Liked: Very good
Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for an airport layover and directly in front of the beach.
Disliked: It smelled old and a little moldy in the bathroom.
In a word 'disappointing'
Liked: Parking, room and comfort all excellent and the stay could have been a 10/10 except for some seriously lacking services.
Disliked: Booked with air conditioning given as an included service which wasn't switched on during our stay with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees outside. I had a very uncomfiortable nights sleep. When I mentioned it in the morning rghe was no apology or offer of recompense just a factual reply stating that the aircon wasn't to be switched on for another week or so. She couldn't even tell me when that was to be. I would have thought that a better policy would be to turn it on when it's hot.
