Fabulous
Riviera gem
Liked: Perfect location with only a few blocks from the train station, one from the sandy beaches and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. We had a large balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. The breakfast, which was served between 7 and 10:30, was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the daily happy hour at the onsite bar. Loved having Juan-les-Pins as a base for exploring the area.
Disliked: Street noises until early hours of the morning! Despite keeping windows closed it was very noisy from people visiting bars or just walking around- and we were visiting during offseason.

Highly recommend to couples and family-close to everything, and excellent stay and staff!
Liked: Easily accessible by train and bus, close to restaurants, grocery, and the beach. The room was also very spacious and had basic necessities. Clean clean clean, and super comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony which was great for us to dry out swimwear and beachwear, as well as lounge at while sipping our coffee in the morning. The staff is extremely accommodating. I had the unfortunate experience of losing my baggage, which the airline fortunately found and delivered to the hotel. The hotel was able to help me coordinate the receipt of the delivery. Highly recommend! Will stay here again when we go back to Antibes, which I think will be an annual tradition now!
Disliked: The room was very noisy, especially at night. It was difficult to sleep.
