Liked: Located in the very quiet old town of Arles, extremely close to restaurants, cafes, shopping and the historic sites. Excellent AC for the hot weather!

Liked: Excellent location - in the center of town and very quiet. Right next to the arena and the amphitheatre and close to the river.
Disliked: There are 2 flights of very steep, stone stairs which are difficult to climb. The bedroom on the top floor does not have air conditioning (it relies on air coming up from the 1st floor) and thus was very hot (33 degrees when we arrived). The bed is also under a very low ceiling, which was uncomfortable. There was no body/hair wash in the bathrooms nor dish soap in the kitchen.
Great location in Arles!
Liked: Great location in Arles and very attentive host! This place is in the middle of Arles, close to the Arena giving you the feeling you feel you are immersed in Arles! It has AC which was great for a summer stay in Europe!
Disliked: - There is only hand soap in one place (bathroom in middle floor), no soap upstairs nor in the kitchen. For the price this would be the minimum to be included. - parking is available but not so close by (filter in booking gives the impression there is parking garage available as information is not so obvious, hidden in a dropdown button, that is paid and not so close)
Great location near the Roman ruins. Parking is not close so bring as few bags as possible
Liked: Great location!!
Disliked: Upstairs bed is under the eves. Although marked, we bumped our heads several times. Also, no toilet so have to go down one or two flights of stairs to the bathroom at night. Needs soap in bathroom on third floor.
Liked: Our hosts gave us lots of useful information to get us started. We (four of us – grandmother, daughter, granddaughters) all were grateful for the air-conditioning that kept us refreshed from the many walks around town. We were within a block of the Roman coliseum and theatre. Sights around town were marked where Van Gogh did his paintings. He lived in Arles for a year, 1888. There were many convenient restaurants and the girls (12 and 9) felt safe enough to walk around on their own also. They had a favorite gelato shop down the street. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet. Since it was in an old building, the stairs to the bedrooms were steep with a handrail. We had everything we needed including a washer that can also dry clothes and a good-sized refrigerator. Our GPS pointed out all the places to get pizza and where the sights were located. The girls loved the little dog next door, Prince, who watched the street from his window. We would stay here again.
