Exceptional
Liked: Check-in and room keys only with smartphone.. It's too complicated and the help is very poor. You are dependent on having internet connection and a smartphone. Even though it's a double room, there is only one chair. They say city view but there is a view of a backyard. There is no door to the shower room. Nicely located in the old town, but there are no parking options nearby, so only use the hotel if you don't have a car. The room is small and hard stairs to climb..
Liked: Sparkling clean room. Fab location with lovely view from the balcony. Super comfy bed and duvet. Nice breakfast. The best thing about Hotel Present Encore Mieux is the staff. They really do care about their guests and are incredibly kind and super responsive to guests. The nicest staff I've met in all my travels. This is a unique place to stay and I recommend without hesitation.
Can be good if some things fixed
Liked: Very good location, access easy, left luggage good, room nice but a few things need sorting out. Bathroom hand basin doesn't drain even the over spill hole doesn't work. Door lock doesnt work so was scary for me. I couldn't make the coffee maker work. Breakfast at cafe next door worked well.
