Nicely Styled Hotel in Great Location
Liked: The location was perfect. The design of the hotel was very nice, I especially liked the very tall ceilings and the floor tile in the room and the bathroom. The desk staff were all helpful and spoke English very well.
Disliked: There was no hot water maker or coffee maker in the room. There was no air conditioning. Though fans were provided the ceiling fan was difficult to figure out how to control. There were a lot of mosquitos in Arles when we were visiting and even though our windows had screens, they had gaps where the mosquitos could get in, so we ended up having to keep our windows closed the whole time. We liked staying here and like the style of the hotel, but felt it was overpriced for what it offered in amenities.
I would stay there again in a heartbeat
Liked: Fabulous design of the rooms and a great location.
Disliked: They could have told us to pay for the parking the nearby lot as we first arrived.
Superb staff in a nicely refurbished hotel in a great location
Liked: Just for service alone I would give this hotel a 10/10. I received an advance phone call checking that I was happy with my booking. Staff were them helpful arranging a taxi and getting me a phone adaptor. The location is great - 1 minute from Place de la Republique. The hotel itself has been nicely reurbished. My room was very clean and spacious. The rooftop terrace is a bonus on sunny days. Overall excellent
Disliked: A better sign outside the hotel. Better meat selection at brekfast
