Guest reviews
Pleasant
Liked: Super gut Everything was very clean and the reception staff were very nice people
Liked: The price for a very short stay
Disliked: It’s very basic.
The minumum
Liked: The personal was nice
Disliked: I could smell if someone was smoking in front of my room The front door was bent as someone tried to break in at some point so there was a gap to the outside, which was not too comfortable to know The showerhead was broken The bathroom was smelly There was no soap avaliable, which is OK but important to know The light at the counter was broken in the room (flickering) Overall I have low standards so I was happy but I know a lot of people who could not have slept there especially the door situation was insufficient for a hotel
Very disappointing second stay after a good first experience
Liked: We had stayed here before and were satisfied, which is why we decided to return. It is a very budget hotel, but on our first stay the bed linen was clean and we had everything we needed for a short stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our second stay was completely different. At check-in, we were charged again for a stay that had already been fully paid through Booking.com. The hotel later confirmed in writing that a refund had been issued, but the money never reached my card. After nearly three months of trying to resolve the issue, Booking.com eventually reimbursed me directly. The bathroom door had also been removed from its hinges and was simply left standing inside the room. We were travelling with a child and a dog, so this was a genuine safety concern. The air conditioning was running but did not cool the room, and no alternative room was offered. I can accept very basic accommodation when the price reflects it, but I cannot accept poor maintenance, unsafe conditions and having to spend months resolving a payment error that was not ours.
Cheap and smelly
Liked: Cheap
Disliked: Smell
Does not justify the price
Disliked: Old and small place, very uncomfortable bed and above the head another single bed. Shower like a ship cabin from 30 years ago. Small and cramped room
