Good
Great, the Delcloy really delivered!
Liked: All of it! the resort was safe, well contained, fun and interesting. It is a great place for couples, families and young children. Night time activities are available and the walk to town is quick and easy. Plenty of beaches nearby,
Disliked: Bathroom size, ours was a bit small. These small bathrooms could easily be converted to wet bathrooms as the toilet is in another room. This would gain much additional room, and eliminate the TINY shower enclosures. There is also a lack of active fans in the bathrooms, this should be improved.
Excellent location for the Riviera, simple amenities with plenty of comfort
Liked: Beautiful location, seemingly the last affordable hotel remaining amongst a clutch of high end resorts and hotels. The rooms were very comfortable, if very simple. The pool was great, but could have been heated.
Disliked: The staff weren't super friendly. At breakfast we were regularly and not very subtly hurried out of our seats. The reception staff were particularly unhelpful. And as a non French family all meeting at this hotel ( we are from Wales, Italy and Australia altogether) felt a little like the outsiders. There was a lot of activities yet the staff never fully relayed to us what they were, so we weren't confident joining in. The staff were as friendly as they needed to be but no more.
I paid way more than the rates posted at the gate
Liked: Grounds were nice. Large area and lots to do with a family.
Disliked: Locked gate (had to go thru with a car to enter grounds). The room left me feeling like I was at camp (decor, beds, etc.)
True holiday, friendly staff
Liked: Great place if you want a true holidays big swimming pool chilled atmosphere and friendly staff. Location is bit far and sometimes it was not easy to have connection (even taxi) but in general holidays were perfect. Animators took care occupying people several times per day which was really great and even live music evening was included.
Disliked: The check in is 5 PM which is rather late and check out is at 10 AM... this was rather complicated. we stayed for 5 nights but the room was cleaned only twice not mentioning rubbish stayed several days... no fridge was also something that was missing but apart from these mentioned disadvantages everything else was great.
Very enjoyable
Liked: Your member of staff, NATHAN, on the reception desk who was always cheerful and polite and where appropriate happy to advise - He gets 5 stars
Disliked: Everything was of a good standard
Not worth the money but good location
Liked: The property was in a good location
Disliked: The breakfast was subpar and the fruit selection they put out was insulting, bruised and mushy fruit. The bathrooms were dirty and had mold on the ceiling.
