Guest reviews
Exceptional
Quaint, peaceful and lovely
Liked: The pastries in the morning were wonderful. The tea waiting in the room in the evening was such a beautiful touch.
Disliked: The only thing that was disappointing was the gym. I understand it’s a small space but at the very least, the hotel needs to invest In more dumbbells of different KG’s. We ended up paying money for a day pass at a local gym
Would go again
Liked: Breakfast was excellent, if pricey. The staff were very well trained and extremely helpful
Disliked: The offering (non Michelin) in the restaurant was a bit odd
Good
Liked: It was in a good location We did have a great time on the 150 year celebration The spa staff were excellent It was clean Most of the staff were nice Good pillows Liked the included drinks in the room
Disliked: There was no outdoor space to have a picnic of our own Or have our own wine we purchased from vineyards
Excellent property…well appointed…excellent staff! And excellent service
Liked: Excellent property…a true 5 star
Disliked: Spa doesn’t stay open long enough …closed at 5pm on Sunday after a long day exploring/wine tasting wanted to come back to sauna and spa…Nope!
Liked: Great location, close to all places of interest in the city center. Wonderful and supportive stuff. Very nicely equipped room. We also appreciated the restaurant and the recommendations of the sommelier!
Nice Hotel for a trip to Burgundy
Liked: Very nice hotel close to the city center of Beaune. The rooms are spacious, finished to a high standard and comfortable. Breakfast is very nice.
Disliked: Overall, it would be nice if the team showed a little more warmth and friendliness. This would also make the relatively high drink prices at the bar (EUR 18 for a large beer, for example) feel somewhat more justified. There is a gym, but it is very small and not particularly inviting for a workout.
