Perfect host. First class accommodation with delicious breakfast

Liked: Met by Richard the perfect host who was very friendly and polite. He showed us around his lovely accommodation and explained everything. Off street secure parking. Very tastefully decorated, furnished and finished off with personal effects that made it a very warm, cosy atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. 20 min walk into historical centre. L5 bus brings you back to 1 min walk from accommodation. Spacious and neatly presented with a lovely garden to enjoy.

Disliked: Minor observations. Kettle provided but no obvious cups or tea/coffee provisions. Would benefit from air conditioning.

  Cozy nest in Besancon. Recommended!

Liked: Nice dependence of a bigger property with magnificent garden. Cozy style, with pastel colors and plenty of objects creating atmosphere. Garage available on request.

Disliked: Reduced check in time frame.

Liked: Richard is a charming host and his place is very clean and comfortable. There is a private bathroom downstairs from the bedroom. The quiet location close to the railway station was perfect for me, and just a short walk downhill into the city.

  Short but great stay

Liked: First of all, Richard is an extremely nice host. Warmly welcome from the moment I arrive. Nice and timely breakfast daily, and not to mention that when I checked out, I forgot some of my personal stuff in the room, and thanks to Richard, I got them back. The apartment is well furnished, with a great garden view. The location is great too, with only 5-10 minutes walk from Gare de Viotte. Distance to the local transport is even closer. Everything was great.

Great value in a good location

Liked: Lovely little property in a quiet area of Besançon, about 20 min walk from the city centre. Our host (Richard) was very friendly and professional, providing a lovely continental breakfast in the morning. He also provided help and directions to park our car in the building opposite our flat. Our bedroom was very quiet and comfortable. A small fridge may be a nice addition for those staying more than a couple of nights.
