  Liked: The bed was super comfy and the bedding was such good quality we had a great nights sleep We walked for 20 mins to discover the amazing medieval city of Bourges….we hadn’t realised how close we were to it as it was a last min booking. Had we known we would have booked 2 nights so we could have explored properly. We checked out early to make our ferry home so did not get to have breakfast but saw the tables laid out ready for guests. The gentleman checking us in was very nice and helpful and met the owner as we left who was also pleasant. Free parking on the property and right outside the entrance too. Quiet location.

  Disliked: I wish there had been tea and coffee facilities in the room

  Worst hotel, we have stayed in

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Very tired hotel, no bar, just a fridge next to the reception with a small range of drinks. No restaurant and the nearest ones were 30 minutes walk away. Breakfast was not worth the money. We had booked this hotel for our trip back to St Malo, but we cancelled it, we were disappointed in the hotel and the town.

  Nice small hotel, somewhat off centre of Bourges. Pleasant staff and breakfast but room small

  Liked: Room nice but small and almost no clothes storage. V good bathroom for disabled - wetroom which drained well and was big enough, but bedroom a bit small as a result (of bigger bathroom maybe?) It was not easy to manoeuvre around bed and floor space limited. But we may need more space than most as we have a portable hoist for my wife, not just the wheelchair. Breakfast v nice with fresh ingredients and decent coffee from machine. I used the delightful swimming pool once on the hot afternoon we arrived. After that, rain and storms! Very courteous and helpful staff. No complaints and would come again, knowing what to expect.

  Disliked: Only room size but you can’t change that. Maybe change the totally sticky sliding door to the bathroom. It’s had its day. Also the wheelchair ramp to reception and breakfast room is wooden and rotting - a bit unsafe for sure and a metal replacement is called for.
