  Very good product all around

Liked: Very complete facilities for a hotel, including everything you’d need in the kitchen for a long stay. A very nice large bathroom. Lots of storage in the bedroom. The staff were great.

Disliked: The shower in our room was non-functional, but they refunded us for that night to compensate. My only other complaint was that the breakfast is very overpriced (€18)

A very good choice in Caen

Liked: Very nice apart-hotel in Caen. Convenient location on river Orne, Rather close to the ceneter of the city. Walking distance (20-25 min) to Caen Castle or Abbaye aux hommes, bus stop outside the hotel. Quiet, although on a crossroad. Clean spacious apartment offering closet, desk and a (real) sitting area. Well-equipped kitchenette. Nice bathroom. Laundry service for reasonable extra charge. Good breakfast. Very polite and effective staff, always eager to offer information and help us with anything we needed. Reasonable price for what it offers We recommend it.

Disliked: No reserved space in front of the hotel to park the car and get the luggage out Cleaning service once a week or after special request - I admit that we asked for it and we received it the next day (no extra charge) The bed mattress was a bit soft for my liking, but this is a personal preference.... The company that runs the hotel should employ additional staff. All employees were doing their best in every possible way and we thank them for the care and hospitality, but a person cannot be in two or three places at the same time.
