  Great spacious place

Liked: Nice spacious place big enough for all the family.

Disliked: Could do with a handrail on the front steps for arriving/leaving in the dark.

  Won’t be returning

Liked: Very sparse and cold, nothing warm about the accommodation. No bin in the bathroom even the shower head wasn’t fixed to the wall. Furniture was tired and uncomfortable, key lock was very difficult to access the key, not enough towels, pillows were more like cushions. Slats in the bed were missing causing an accident for one of the guests. Other beds also had slats missing. All in all average at best but would definitely not return.

  Disliked: See above

  Great place to stay

Liked: The location was great as it was quiet yet only €10 to get into Caen and a great base to explore the museums and surrounding area. The property was very good value for money and somewhere I would definitely stay at again if we had a large party. Really enjoyed our stay and our host was very easy to deal with and the communication was good. If you have a large party and are visiting this area, I would recommend this place.

Disliked: Nothing of note, great place to stay.
