Guest reviews
Exceptional
Staff was caring and professional always. Exceptional stay
Liked: When everything else was nothing short of fantastic (room, staff, location, views, pool, spa)...I will say breakfast was not our favorite experience overall - fairly standard offering compared to the exceptional rating I would give everything else.
Disliked: The restaurant staff was very young & immature.
Liked: Super Service and large rooms
A very disappointing experience
Liked: The location, hotel design and facilities are good.
Disliked: The attitude of some of the staff are particularly poor and unwelcoming. The barman in particular is quite rude and everything seems to much trouble.
Great people and really beautiful setting
Liked: We got upgraded to a perfect villa! Lots of space and privacy! It was exactly what we needed
Disliked: Spa area needs a bit more work but I guess it was the end of the season
Liked: Lovely place to stay - beautiful surroundings & attractive pool & very helpful staff although the food and drinks are very expensive
