Perfect for us, we will probably return
Liked: The location was great, just outside the town in a peaceful, quiet wooded area, close to the rocks and the beach. It was high season so we were lucky to get a bungalow at very short notice.
Disliked: It was very hot in the bedroom, but it was August and a heat wave - not much you can do about that! It was OK to sleep with the fan on.
Liked: Very tranquil location on the outskirts of Calvi and near the bathing off the rocks in peaceful setting, much nicer than the crowded beaches in central Calvi. Very quiet onsite and lovely clean pool area.
Disliked: Visitors without a car need to be prepared to walk into town (40 min roundtrip) to get bread and other essentials. Quite a lot of ants, though in a hot and dry year this is hard to avoid. Aircon units were available to rent, we chose not to, chalet was very hot.
Liked: Great friendly reception,, shady bugalow, well equipped, sea close by, walk to town easy...
Liked: Quiet place in the pinnie wood. Nice swimming pool.
Disliked: Little bit far from the city. No restaurant or shop in the area.
Retreat under pine trees
Liked: Bungalows in shadow of a small pine tree forest, away from crowds of Calvi, spacious front patio, well equipped interior, playground for small kids, common space in the main house, only short walk to the seaside
Perfect location for relaxing and exploring Calvi
Liked: The Bungalow had a nice little kitchen with everything that might be needed, the pool was not far away and idyllic/clean. The Pine trees provided shade and invited to take a nap in the sun loungers. Calvi itself is beautiful and just a 15 min walk away, it is perfect there for snorkeling (e.g. 5 min by foot away there is a GREAT spot!).
Disliked: The wooden Bungalows are heating up during the day and there is almost now way to cool them down. The Accomodation had a ventilator, but no AC. It was too hot to stay inside during the day and the warm nights were only bearable with the (loud) ventilator on..

The swimming pool is open from 09:00 until 21:00.
