  Disliked: Room was normal, I had to pay for going in ti the pool and the rooftop was closed when we went there. I don’t think the hotel has value to pay expensive fees just for a room.

  Will not stay again due to the negatives I experienced which is a shame as the hotel had potential

  Liked: The location was good, rooms were comfy.

  Disliked: I did not like that we have to pay extra to use the facilities like the spa and pool and given 90 minutes to use them is ridiculous - why should we feel rush whilst on holiday and we already paid. I did not like that I had to give my card details at check in even though my room was already paid for before arrival - I did not have my credit card and gave my debit card which the charge of 200 euros was debited immediately, money I could have done with whilst on holiday. Rooms are small. The roof top bar was hired out for private hire which meant I was unable to access during my whole duration of my stay - I booked this hotel for roof top but was not allowed to go on the roof top. Will not stay here again.

Good to know

Please note that guests are required to show a credit card upon check-in. The details of this card must match the details of the reservation's holder. For advance payment, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of the guest and be presented upon check in.

For reservations of 6 nights or more, a deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay will be charged by the hotel at time of booking. In case of cancelation, this deposit will be refunded based on the cancelation policy stated in the booking confirmation.

Well-behaved and clean dogs are accepted within the establishment for a supplement of €40 per night and per animal. We inform you that they are not allowed in the spa and around the swimming pool. In the event of damage caused by your pet, the hotel reserves the right to charge €400 for additional cleaning costs and the possibility of shortening your stay.

All rooms are nonsmoking: If we detect the smell of cigarets in the room, an additional charge of 400 euros will be applied.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your bank card prior to your stay. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay, within 1 to 14 working days, and 30 days maximum depending on your bank's conditions.
