  Disappointing experience. 3 stars should be removed

  Disliked: We have waited 60 min for check-in. Lady at the reception was there first day and clearly was not trained well. Cards to the rooms did not work and she did not know how to fix it. Stains on carpet and on bedding. Different room than we booked. And we were not the only ones. Receptionist clueless how to fix any of that. Breakfast either very small directly in tiny lobby or in different hotel two blocks away. Definitely not worth the price and the four stars! We were moved to the other hotel Crisol Lumiere after complaining and that one was better.

  Good for the price

  Liked: Breakfast: there was no any vegetables!.. There was problem two times with the room cleaning. TV is big, but what for, if no channels???. Receptionists are polite.

  Amazing stay, great location and comfortable

  Liked: Location of the hotel was amazing. Couldn’t get a better situated hotel which is modern and this price range

  Disliked: Nothing- only disadvantage is the rooms are small but that’s no fault of theirs, you know that before arriving. And no early check ins we had to wait 6 hours after arriving without having to shower.

  Disliked: It's not a hotel.. it's more like room rent.. they don't have any space for reception, no scape for breakfast. We had to go to another their hotel nearby for breakfast..
