Liked: Location and accomodation was nice

Disliked: Warning. Customer service didn't send me the room details and after 8 p.m nobody can be reached on phone nor e-mail. First night had to book another hotel room. They didn't take responsibility for non-compliance of service. Second night code didn't work and same again, nobody could be reached. Secondary phone number fournd by mistake only available on Facebook.

Great renovation job for an old building. Served me well for my short stay

  Liked: Clean

Disliked: 6 flights of stairs. Smelly drains. Concern regarding the “€500 deposit for possible damages” which was. It mentioned until I arrived!
