  Happy Vaccance

  Liked: Its central location and few steps to main Train station, Bus stops, many restaurants and coffe shops. Above all, the friendly and superwelcoming of Iryna, Nadia and Kali at reception. It allows one hour early check in.

  I wish I’d booked a better hotel with internet working

  Liked: On the website it sad it had Wi-Fi but when I asked for password the lady said it was not working. I speak French and what I understand is that someone pulled the cord and was not working.

  Pleasant stay for 1-2 days

  Liked: I’m grateful for the possibility to check in before 15:00. Ms. Irina was very kind to us and checked if the number was ready. The number itself was clean, everything was working well.

  Disliked: URGENT: Formal Complaint and Immediate Refund Request for Terrible Accommodations Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to formally and urgently escalate a severe issue regarding my current stay booked through your platform. The accommodation conditions are completely unacceptable, far below basic standards, and pose a serious health and safety concern (especially for my children). This situation represents a complete failure to deliver the service as advertised. Therefore, I am officially requesting an immediate cancellation of the remaining nights and a full refund of my money. I have documented everything with photos and videos as proof of these abysmal conditions. I expect Booking.com to step in immediately to resolve this dispute and process my full refund today. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to consumer protection authorities and my bank for a chargeback.
