  Disliked: This is already my third time staying at the Rosie Hotel, and it was the first time I didn’t have breakfast included. Maybe I selected it this way, but I couldn’t find anywhere in my reservation that breakfast was not included. Anyway, I decided to pay for breakfast for all four mornings at once, but I was told that this wasn’t possible and that I had to pay separately every morning. On top of that, there was no water in the room. We didn’t have breakfast included, and in order to take our medication in the morning, we had to leave the hotel just to buy some water. I found this quite inconvenient and, in my opinion, unacceptable for a four-star hotel. Other than that, the location is excellent!

  Disliked: We paid for late check out but the key was not working when we came back to the Hotel.So we had to waste time getting it recoded at busy check out time

  Disliked: Staff was very rude, front desk not helpful neither welcoming. Zero hospitality, zero smile they didn't even say good morning or hi which is the bare minimum. Also We didnt feel safe, many weird looking people in the hotel and that kept coming to us and bothering us. Breakfast was low quality. Carpets were dirty and smelly. This is far from 4 stars

  Liked: Their rooms are extra small and honestly staff is extremely rude at night the reception there’s no one to actually help you out or open the doors. There is extreme noise because it’s on the actual street the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. I’m surprised there are so many good reviews.
