A lovely little hotel, in a quiet location, in the heart of Cannes

Liked: The staff were very welcoming & pleasant throughout our whole stay. The room was clean & quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

Disliked: The breakfast was a little meagre, for the cost. Fresh coffee would have been good, instead of machine coffee. But everything else was great.

  Wonderful pool area, great location

Liked: Great location and very friendly staff. Lovely pool area. Breakfast was perfectly fine - not standout but no complaints. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had two rooms and one was bigger/nice than the other (both were the same room type) but that's probably a factor of it being an old building. The proof of the pudding is that we wanted to extend our stay and would definitely go back.

  Highly Recommended

Liked: We stayed at Hotel Victoria for a few days at the end of July 2026 and had a great experience from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal—between Rue d’Antibes and Boulevard de la Croisette, just behind the Carlton. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful with recommendations and directions. Our room and bathroom were a good size, and the terrace—with loungers and a table—was a real highlight. The hotel was quiet, which we appreciated, though the bedroom could have used a bit more light. Breakfast felt a little overpriced for the offerings, so we preferred getting coffee and fresh croissants nearby and ate on the terrace. If you prefer a smaller, quieter hotel over a larger property, I would recommend Hotel Victoria.
