Fabulous
Perfect location, nice modern apartment
Liked: Perfect location for Cannes; le Suquet old town to the right, the marina and excellent restaurants straight ahead, and the centre ville with more restaurants and the shopping district to the left, all within easy walking distance - not to mention the Forville Market! And a perfectly functioning air conditioning system that made sure we slept like babies during a heatwave in the Riviera.
Disliked: A slightly better selection of utensils for the kitchen would have been nice; the plug of the hairdryer didn't fit in the sockets; no one came to meet us upon arrival as promised because of an issue with some other guest. But we managed just fine.
Fantastic location, definitely recommend
Liked: The location in Cannes is fantastic 10 mins stroll to station, great restaurants nearby. The cleanliness & great facilities - Nespresso with pods! Microwave, dishwasher & we found cutlery, glasses & crockery very clean. Washer & dryer, hairdryer in both rooms & decent set of straighteners if you forget yours. Luna who was so helpful both prior & during our stay.
Disliked: Very noisy in bedroom overlooking courtyard because of building work in market which starts late afternoon until at least midnight & also restaurants getting their tables & chairs in a morning very, very early- easily solved we moved into back bedroom & moved my hard of hearing dad into that room & he slept very well! Also, blinds or curtains in lounge would be good especially if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed. A small safe would also be a good addition.

Liked: I enjoyed the location of the flat and how responsive the host was. It’s a modern place and has useful amenities.
Disliked: The property is not suitable for 6 people. The sofa bed in the living room is horrendously uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved a millimetre - there were also no blinds and the entire wall in the room is a window so you got woken up at the crack of dawn to blinding light. If there were 4 of us perhaps it would have been better as the only toilets were en-suites so had to access through the other people’s bedrooms.
