Good but unlikely to make a return visit

Liked: The property is nicely appointed with good amenities and large rooms. It is around a 20 minute walk from the main area of Cannes where most restaurants/cafes are situated.

Disliked: Overall, I wouldn’t stay at MobHotel again. The property is overpriced for what it delivers. There are issues with cleaning (our room had ants and when we informed the reception staff, they seemed rather unbothered by the situation and stated housekeeping would come to lay repellent which never happened). Our room also lacked a lot of equipment in the kitchen area (the only item was available one mug). We also had issues with towels (both room and pool) not being available on one day which was a shame. The shower also tends to flood the bathroom when used which is a little frustrating. Although not a fault of the hotel, it would be worth noting for future guests that the hotel pool is in the shade all day (we stayed at the start of September) due to high surrounding buildings. Overall, we found that these small issues made our stay less comfortable and are ultimately the reason for the rating.
