  Disliked: On our first night, we were unable to access the apartment we had already paid for and had to book a hotel at our own expense. Instead of settling in after our journey, we had to find alternative accommodation and cover the additional costs. Communication with the host was very poor. They are still not responding to our messages requesting a refund for the first night, when we could not access the apartment. Booking.com did not provide any practical help in resolving the situation either. A very unpleasant experience, with additional expenses and a lack of accountability towards guests. For these reasons, I gave the property a score of 1.

  Liked: it was on nice area, the building was fancy

  Disliked: Host was unresponsive. He sent a message day before arrival that i may store my luggage after midday and when I arrived door code that he sent did not work. We tried contacting every number he listed but nobody answered, waited two hours here and after contacting support, booking cancelled the ordwr. Be aware
