Disliked: Breakfast is expensive. Room is not special. Location is hard to find due to digital mapping error (Booking.com).
Liked: Everything was clean and tidy, and outdoor parking was.good..Dinner was included.in our price and was.enjoyable. There was limited menu choice for the included meal, but,as we are people who enjoy offal, carefully prepared liver and onions were enjoyed. The open fire in the sitting area was a nice place to relax and enjoy an after dinner coffee. Breakfast was very good
Disliked: The kettle in our room was not working and it took two journeys back to reception before we had a working kettle.. Rooms are in a building separated from the reception and dining areas. The bedroom was smaller than expected

Liked: A lovely hotel. Nice room and nice facility. Dinner was exceptional and breakfast the same. Very close to Chambord Castle so perfect for a visit there

A good place to break the journey on the way to the ferry on the north coast
Liked: Great location, easy to find. Near to chateau at Chambord. Reasonable size room with separate bathroom and wc. Good breakfast. Several public areas with books and comfy chairs Attractive bar and good evening meal
