  Disappointing

Disliked: Booking was without Breakfast. The invoice was with breakfast included. So please check invoice before paying. We booked nonsmoking rooms, but got one room with smell of cigarette smoke. No other room available. Only excuses. No refund! Please check dooms before paying.

  Good value for money!

Liked: Great location. Excellent private parking.

Disliked: There were no milk pods to go with the tea/coffee in the bedroom. Otherwise, all good 👍🏻

Liked: The room was very large, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. There was a kettle for preparing coffee and tea.. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was quite good and the restaurant on site was great with good value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a laundry room near the lobby with self service (wash machine, dryer and ironing facilities).

Disliked: The pressure of the shower was too low. We found the price for using the pool too steep. It was a bit too far from the train station (half an hour walk)

Awful hotel- check your card statements carefully

Liked: This hotel is pretty awful. The exterior looks very tired and rooms which are very basic are cleaned to a poor standard. The breakfast had a lot of variety but was not well cooked and pastries were stale. I would suggest getting breakfast from a nearby cafe or restaurant. Some of the staff looked miserable and the hotel made unauthorised and unitemised charges for rooms that had already been paid for. The hotel management were completely unwilling to recognise their error and so I was left to sort it out by disputing the charges with my bank. I wouldn't recommend recommend this hotel at all. If you must stay there then do check your card statement very carefully for unauthorised charges.
