pleasant stay in a hotel with good facilities, but the comfort rooms need an upgrade

Liked: I advice to book a standing room (Main building A) instead comfort room. Swimming pools were great. Deauville and the surrounding area is great for a few days stay. Next to the hotels are large hypermarkets with plenty of food and drinks against reasonable prices. Plenty of (free) parking places around the buildings

Disliked: 1 side of the bed wasn't good, the other side was OK. Comfort room was very out dated and B building felt deserted. At the large breakfast area (the pyramid) there were only 2 other people in the area with over 80 seats, but breakfast was good with good service. We took our e-bike, but the street next to the hotel is dangerous for cyclistst. My advise is take the entree lane of the hotel and go 15 mtr against the traffic (sounds scary, but isn't), and take the safe 2-lane cycling path next to the road.

Not at all the level of service it should be

  Liked: Location, facilités.

Disliked: 2 receptions not really linked. One can check you out but can’t print an invoice. Have to go to the other one. Door key did not work. Had to get it reactivated from the other reception and in the end still did not work. had to wait 45 minutes 01;00am for a technician to change some batteries on the door lock. Then at 2:30 the fridge started with some load noise. Had to get up an unplug it… just a nightmare of a night.
