Great value for money
Liked: Friendly staff, easy to locate with secure parking. Restaurant was a bonus too.
Disliked: A few areas of the hotel need updating-particularly the corridor areas.
Cozy hotel with elevator and convenient free parking in location
Liked: Midium size/small hotel with family owned feeling; if it is or not, I don't know. It has a little bar and a terrific staff, attentive and helpful. They receive tour groups, which makes the place more lively. We didn't have the breakfast or dinner, but the menu looks great, and the brekfast as well.
Disliked: Too far from dowtown Epernay.

Disliked: Tucked away corner of Dizy on Industrial area, not great area. Room in Roof on 4th floor, lots of stairs. Not great Dog. No lift! Very Hot in Loft space.
We checked out one night early because it was impossible to sleep
Liked: Reception staff were friendly.
Disliked: We were in an attic room which was incredibly hot. There was one small portable fan between three beds. The toilet did not flush in our bathroom.
Very welcoming and friendly staff made all the difference after a long and tiring day on the road. Just what you need. T
Liked: Convenient and comfortable, but it was the staff who made it very special. They were very friendly and welcoming, and couldn’t do enough to help. I would go back just to experience that again. After a long day on the road, it was lovely to feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend. Good breakfast too!
