  Tiny stuffed rooms

  Liked: Person at the reception was very nice

  Disliked: 1) Manager/owner was not friendly at all 2) Rooms feel extremely claustrophobic; very small yet stuffed with all sorts of accessories that make it impossible to move around. 3 very expensive for what you get

  Beautiful lake homely stay

  Liked: The beautiful hotel was located on the lake. Very unique and cosy. While we didn’t eat dinner there it looked amazing. The breakfast was awesome. The terrace was really good to sit and relax. Swim if you like.

  Lovely hotel, but disappointing room comfort

  Liked: Staff, atmosphere, location.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the room was not very comfortable. There was almost no water pressure in the shower, and it was very difficult to get a stable temperature, the water was either extremely hot or cold. The room also had far too many decorative items, which took up unnecessary space and made it difficult to even leave a suitcase open on the floor, open the window or use the tables. There was no air conditioning. A portable fan was provided, but circulating hot air around the room did not really help. The hairdryer did not work, and there was no electrical outlet near the coffee machine, so we actually had to place the coffee machine on the floor to use it. No elevator to go to the 3rd floor. The staff asked me if I needed help, I regretted to have declined it. Overall, several basic comfort and practical issues made the stay disappointing.

  It was very pleasant

  Liked: The staff and the food were excellent. And the decoration was very pretty.

  Disliked: The only thing that, in my opinion, was not 100% satisfactory was the size of the rooms because there was too many furniture and adornments, therefore not very practical to accomodate our clothes, etc.

  Liked: Our lake side room was amazing and the Veiw was excellent. Location was good with 15 mins walk to the centre for the ferry terminal to go around the lake.
