  I really liked this place. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. Despite a few small thing

  Liked: The swimming pool was great, but it would have been even better if it stayed open until at least 10 pm.

  Disliked: The pillows were quite uncomfortable, and the wardrobe would be better with doors, as the room is quite small.

  Liked: Location is very good, accessible to Buses 60 and 61 into Geneva, and now in a noisy place. Staff are courteous and helpful.

  Disliked: Perhaps the lifts could be modernized so they don’t feel like you are dropping when you get to your floor.

  Acceptable for a one night stay

  Liked: Location was convenient with good transport to the airport. Staff were helpful

  Disliked: The room was unclean with stains on the carpet all throughout the room. The halls were the same and had a bad smell throughout. We had booked twin beds but we're given a room with a double bed, thankfully the staff were helpful and moved us to another room as the first room also had a terrible smell. Bathroom was sanitary but not clean. Overall it was acceptable for our emergency stay after our flight was cancelled. However I wouldn't choose to go back unless so had to.

  Liked: Beds quite comfy.

  Disliked: They have a picture of a pool on their website and in the booking confirmation. It is why we booked there. But the pool is actually out of order. Staff did not have clear information, room smelt bad and was not very clean. This is not the standard I expect from booking.com.

Good to know

The free shuttle only operates from the hotel to the airport. It is available between the following times:

- Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00

- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 08:00 to 11:00.

Please note that it is not possible to use the shuttle to travel from the airport to the hotel.

Regarding free shuttle from the hotel to Geneva airport, we inform you that drops off will be done on the French side.

Please note that the payable private indoor car park has a height limit of 83 in.

Please note that the name on the credit card and photo identification must match the name on the booking reservation. If this is not the case, the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the accommodations.

All guests staying at the property must provide a photo identification at check-in.
