Liked: The stay would have been perfect except on arrival, My partner gave the receptionist his ID and specifically requested that the invoice be in his name as he is the one paying, she took the id from him and prétended to make the changes upon departure we noticed the invoice was still in my name, and i called and sent emails they said they will send the invoice by mail but till now we didn't receive nothing.

  Liked: Good location.

Disliked: Was informed via message that cannot check in until 3pm. When we arrived there was a sign outside the door saying unable to check in until 4pm, but the door to the building was completely locked and no one at reception so couldn’t even sit inside and wait in the lobby! This to me was really upsetting as it was a really hot day and we had heavy bags and had been travelling all day.
