  Worst hotel we have stayed at in France

  Liked: Location was good. Parking area was good.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel we have stayed at in France. The room had a very unpleasant smell, a strange mixture of cleaning products, chlorine, and drains. The bathroom was simply dirty and far below any acceptable standard. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of assistance from the staff. We asked for help and a different room, but nobody was willing to help us or offer a reasonable solution. To make matters worse, my original Google review was deleted. Even more frustratingly, the photos from the bathroom I had uploaded with that review are now gone as well. I deleted the original photos from my phone after posting the review on Google, assuming they would remain available online. Now that the review has disappeared, I have lost those photos too. I find this extremely disappointing. Guests should be able to share their honest experiences, and it is frustrating to lose both a review and the photographic evidence documenting the condition of the room. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the smell made the room unpleasant, and the lack of customer service was simply frustrating. Definitely not a hotel we would recommend or return to.

  Liked: An excellent, very cosy hotel with lovely modern rooms, convenient parking, and a great location. Almost everything was wonderful.

  Disliked: The only issue was the air conditioning. The vent was directly above the bed, so without it the room was too hot, but with it on—even at the lowest fan setting—the air blew straight onto the bed and made us too cold. It was almost impossible to adjust the temperature, as the controls didn’t seem to respond properly. As a result, we got a little too cold during the night. This was somewhat uncomfortable during our three-day stay, but it was the only thing we felt needed improvement.

  Dirty and ok

  Liked: Location was good, pool area was good

  Disliked: Pool water way too cold, cleanliness was really bad. Shower was disgusting but the staff did not offer a solution. Way too expensive for this kind of „clean room“
