  Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room and bathroom

  Disliked: Nothing really. Just the timer light in the shared bathroom would time out and turn off too fast.

  Acceptable for price paid

  Liked: Location ideal. Room acceptable for price paid. Breakfast very basic pleasant. Returned back from town and entertainment was being played outside hotel with locals dancing to music which was lovely to watch whilst having a nightcap. Went to bed before music finished playing but not affected by noise when in room.

  Disliked: We thought booking in time was 2p.m. but on arrival notified room wouldn't be ready until 4p.m.

  Great location and friendly

  Liked: I liked the location as it is very close to the centre of the town. It was quiet too. The breakfast was lovely (juice, bread & croissants, tea or coffee). Parking nearby, free after 7 pm.

  Disliked: Would have been good to have a thinner duvet or blanket as it was hot at night - I opened the window (no ac or fan) and fortunately it was quiet after the bar closed.

  Very enjoyable

  Liked: Very traditional, cute and nostalgic room and furniture. Excellent location relative to centre of Honfleur. Very good traditional french breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful owner.

  Disliked: Shared bathroom facilities, but acknowledge that lack of space in very traditional period property, there is not an easy solution to this.

  Not the best experience

  Liked: The hotel is well located on a central street but an away from main crowds within 5 min walk to the centre. The staff are lovely, traditional French. It’s a small hotel above the bar so had karaoke night on Saturday. The room was ok size.

  Disliked: The room was simple and on a rustic side. It had a sink but other facilities were shared. The general look of the place was tired. My room wasn’t quite ready for 3,30pm even though check in is 2pm and I confirmed my arrival 2-3pm. They charged me a bit more than Booking.com price which I decided not to query. I thought it was overpriced for what it was
