Fabulous
Liked: It was a special and unforgettable experience!
Liked: Comfortable clean hotel that was ideal for our group of 6 friends travelling by bike and staying only 1 night. We appreciated the cool water available in the hallway after quite a long cycle during the heatwave.
Disliked: 2 of our group of 6 left early (6.15) to cycle to our next destination to avoid the extreme heat that was the weather conditions during this time. We were filling our water bottles in the hallway before leaving (and admitedly leaving a bit of a puddle because of the design) and the staff member asked if we were not staying for breakfast (we werent) and charged us anyway for the breakfast. We had not seen anyone the evening before to cancel 2 breakfasts with and I felt it was unfair to be charged. My experience of him was that he was very grumpy and unfriendly and some others in the group had a poor impression also.

Liked: Super friendly and accommodating owners. Perfect communication. A beautifully prepared room with everything that we needed. A perfect nights sleep. Very nice breakfast.

Liked: We were very pleased with your hotel! Very clean comfortable bed, staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was excellent and parking was easy as husband has health issues
Liked: Breakfast was adequate for starting a cycling day. The room was clean and the shower was good. The location was good as we were right next to the EV-1 cycling route.
Disliked: Our first interactions with the older gentleman running the hotel were a bit unsettling. Not a nice start to the stay. We had the standard challenge of closing windows and baking or opening the window and living with noise and a steady stream of insects. The hotel advertised secure bicycle storage but that was certainly not the case.
Liked: The owners were very welcoming and helpful. We had safe parking for our car and were able to hire electric bikes at the property for a very pleasant ride on the local cycle paths directly from the hotel. It was an easy 20-minute walk into town for bars and restaurants.
