Unpleasant staff, unnecessary security fee, no restaurant poor location and disturbed night

Liked: The staff on our arrival were extremely grumpy and unhelpful; they seemed resentful to be there. The location is an urban desert, right under a road bridge. This isolation was further enhanced by the announcements that the restaurant closed on Sundays. The room was extremely small, and poorly equipped (only one towel per person - no hand towels). Someone tried to get into our room at 01:30 in the morning - quite disturbing; again the staff were not in the slightest interested. Finally they charge you a 150 euro “security” fee on your credit card which will be reimbursed if you do no damage - apparently there has been damage in the past. My advice - don’t stay here; there are much better options elsewhere.
