  Warm and helpful staff

Liked: The staff were just excellent- Florence, Klara and others. Friendly and welcoming and responsive to our requests. The most outstanding aspect of this Hotel was its willingness to allow me, due to a change in circumstances, to cancel the balance of my stay at the Hotel and to obtain a refund for the unused nights, when they didn’t have to do so. Very few hotels would do this and I know that because I travel extensively. I cannot thank them enough.

Would recommend this clean cute boutique hotel to anyone planning to see Montpellier

Liked: Closeness to the old part of the city, the aqueduct in the evening in blue lights, the safety of the neighborhood, the fountain and the breathtaking sunsets

Disliked: I loved my 3 days in Montpellier; it is surreally beautiful with the best creperies in Provence and medieval cathedrals and narrow windy street. It is breathtaking... the Opera house, the 3 graces fountain, all important places to see are in a walking distance. And the hotel and it's destination and process are a cherry on the cake

Liked: Great for the money, nice garden, staff were really friendly and building looked lovely. Organic soap bars

Disliked: Breakfast was pre prepped based on options, didn’t feel like value for money
